Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered if:
- The wrong product was supplied by us.
- The product was received damaged during transit.
- The product has a verified manufacturing defect.
Any issue must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the order.
Non-Refundable Items
Refunds will not be provided for:
- Custom-made or customised products.
- Products that have been used or damaged after delivery.
- Orders placed with incorrect specifications provided by the customer.
- Change of mind after the order has been processed or dispatched.
Refund Process
If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed using the original payment method or by bank transfer, as applicable.
Refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days after approval.
Replacement Option
Where appropriate, Suryaa Forms may choose to replace the defective or incorrect product instead of issuing a refund.
